Assistant Level 1 - Shared Services

As an Assistant Level 1 – Shared Services, you will support the timely disbursement of personal loans and help clear existing backlogs. You will work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient loan processing while delivering a positive experience to our customers and colleagues.

• Verify applications to ensure completeness and alignment with approved terms.
• Identify and return incomplete files for correction.
• Prepare and verify disbursement sheets.
• Process disbursements on a FIFO basis according to the agreed SLA.
• Follow established procedures for staff loans and manual (thumbprint) disbursements.
• Assist in clearing backlog items.
• Assist Customer Experience and Contact Centre teams with queries related to loan applications.
• Perform any related duties as requested.

Qualifications: Minimum H.S.C
Experience: Less than 1 year
Skills & Competencies: Strong analytical skills, High attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information, Proficiency in MS Office & Alignment with the Cim Finance Competency Framework
