MCIB Coordinator
This role will focus primarily on MCIB (Mauritius Credit Information Bureau) related subjects including customers’ request for MCIB verification, analyzing reports received from the concerned regulatory body, working on solutions where applicable, and preparing any relevant report for the department.
Responsibility:
- Help clients with MCIB-related queries and provide excellent service
- Answer questions clearly and professionally, and share helpful information about our products and services
- Build strong relationships with clients and teams by delivering a great service experience
- Check systems and portals to make sure data is accurate and follows regulations
- Handle MCIB-related tasks and support complaint resolution when needed
- Follow schedules, collaborate, and support daily operations
- Stay flexible and adapt to changing priorities
- Follow company policies and stay updated on industry and regulatory changes
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about updates to products, services, or policies
Profile
- A degree in Finance, Marketing, or related field
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role; project management experience is a plus
- Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills
- Excellent customer service
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills in both English and French
- Good at multitasking, prioritizing, and managing time
- Strong analytical and research skills
- Creative thinker with attention to detail
- Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
