Assistant Financial Accountant

Floreal International Limited is looking for an Assistant Financial Accountant to join the team.

The selected Candidate must ensure to assist the Financial Accountant in preparing high quality and in-time quarterly and annual financial statements.

What you will be doing: 

• Prepare and publish prompt monthly and quarterly reporting
• Contribute positively to profit maximization
• Ensure that year-end audits are completed on deadline without anomalies
• Assist in the preparation of yearly budget
• Supervise the team (including Accounts Payables, Accounts Receivables and Fixed Assets process) and attend to queries
• Keep updated with all rules and regulations
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and yearly returns
• Maintain a clear power of expenditures
• Ensure all costs/payments are approved by the people who have accountability for it
• Ensure proper internal control systems are in place

What are we looking for? 

• At least a degree in Finance/Accounting or ACCA level 2;
• At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role;
• Good presentation and communication skills;
• Well versed with Microsoft Office (including excellent Excel skills)
• Oracle Financials and Supply Chain knowledge will be an advantage.
