Prepare food according to instructions and provide efficient and prompt service to guests in all F&B outlets as well as in outside catering functions according to Hotel Standards and procedures.

- Assist Head Chef in preparation, production and service activities
- Report to Chef about kitchen and storage equipment repairs, maintenances and malfunctions

Profile
- Minimum Form IV or equivalent
- Proven experience in related function
- Any relevant certificate (NTC) from the Hotel School or any other recognised institution
- Ready to work odd and flexible hours
