Provides administrative support by managing schedules, documents, and basic financial tasks. Assists the Executive Head Administrator to ensure smooth office operations, efficient workflow, and effective communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in managing calendars, meeting schedules, and basic event coordination.
- Support daily office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and maintaining office systems.
- Help prepare and review simple financial documents such as invoices, receipts, and expense forms.
- Assist in monitoring delegated tasks and follow-ups to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare drafts of reports, presentations, and business documents as directed.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Support communication with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Assist with expense tracking and basic reconciliations.
- Provide support with content posting and monitoring on company social media accounts.
Requirements
- Prior experience in administrative or office support roles.
- Good proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, MS Teams).
- Familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks Online) is an asset.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional, adaptable, and attentive to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certificate or diploma in Business Administration or related field.
- Experience in bookkeeping or basic financial administration.
- Training or certifications in office administration or project coordination.
