About the role

Are you passionate about shaping how industry analysts perceive a brand? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where precision, storytelling, and strategic coordination intersect? We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Analyst Relations Coordinator to help elevate our Analyst Relations (AR) program to new heights.

In this role, you’ll be the backbone of our AR operations—managing data, coordinating briefings, supporting analyst surveys and RFIs, and ensuring our messaging is sharp, timely, and impactful. You’ll work closely with the AR Manager and cross-functional teams to ensure analysts have the insights they need—and that we’re leveraging their feedback to drive business outcomes. The scope of the role will be expanded further over time to support Corporate Communications with their strategic communications and channels.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyst Engagement Coordination
    Track and record all analyst interactions, deliverables and deadlines. Maintain a centralised AR calendar and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Survey & RFI Management
    Lead the collection, validation, and submission of data for analyst surveys and RFIs. Provide relevant references and supporting materials as needed. Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Portfolio, Product, Marketing, Sales, Strategy) to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  • Content Development & Briefing Support
    Assist in preparing briefing decks, messaging documents, and analyst-facing content. Ensure alignment with corporate narrative and market positioning.
  • Reporting & Insights
    Generate reports on analyst engagement history, sentiment, and AR program metrics. Summarise and document key industry trends and analyst research for internal use.
  • Database Management
    Ensure AR and investor databases are accurate, up-to-date, and accessible to relevant teams. Maintain and expand the existing list of relevant influencers.
  • Continuous Improvement
    Recommend process enhancements to improve efficiency and quality of submissions. Stay informed about analyst methodologies and criteria to better tailor responses.
  • Strategic content coordination
    Coordinate the process for the creation and release of the SD Worx Quarterly Updates for analysts and other key stakeholders.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in analyst relations, market research, corporate communications, or a similar role.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication (English).
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Salesforce, Excel and Power BI.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Willingness to delve into the Payroll and HR industry
  • Talent to quickly build network among internal stakeholders.
  • Understanding of competitive intelligence and market positioning
