Admission and Invoicing Clerk

Must be available to work odd hours including Sundays/ PH. Refer to below detailed duties. HSC, computer literate and good communications skills mandatory

 

  • Make all necessary formalities of Admission for In-patients.
  • Fill in ‘Sous-signé’
  • Make entry on Computer system
  • To send medical reports, preliminary diagnostics and estimation to relevant insurance companies / companies for in-patients having letter of guarantee.
  • To follow up “Prise en Charge” with insurance companies / companies.
  • To verify that companies on approved list of credit customers and insurance companies are fulfilling their credit terms.
  • Ask for first down payment from all cash patients
  • Prepare all invoices for in-patients (‘Pharmacy Invoice’, including progressive invoices as and when required)
  • To verify that extras not covered by insurance companies are informed to patients and payment claimed on discharged.
  • Chasing for letter of guarantee from Insurance.
  • To form part of week-end roster for admission & invoicing desk.
  • Follow up and liaise with doctors for all the necessary medical reports.
  • Any other cognate duties not mentioned above but which are in relation to the various daily activities.
