  1. Main Duties and Responsibilities
  • To input data on our computer system in an accurate and timely manner:
  1. When processing new, endorsements, cancellation and renewal of business
  2. When updating transaction follow-up
  • To ensure CDD of clients are complete before creating new accounts and update existing clients’ account accurately and in norms with CDD requirements
  • To follow-up of incomplete CDD
  • To keep up to date in respect of product knowledge by attending product training as delivered by company
  • To perform administrative tasks such as filing/dispatching of documents as required
  • To manage stationeries for the underwriting unit
  • Any other cognate duties that may arise

2.  Qualifications/Experience

  • Holder of a Higher School Certificate
  • Knowledge of an insurance company’s business environment 
  • Having at least 1 years’ experience in the Insurance field will be an advantage
  • Have good interpersonal and communication skills (both oral and written) 
  • Be computer literate and have knowledge in MS Office Tools
