AGW TRADINGS LTD is looking for a dynamic Administrative & Sales Officer to join its team! Sector: Construction
Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 7:30 AM – 12:30 PM
The Administrative & Sales Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support and assisting with sales-related activities to ensure smooth daily operations. Key responsibilities include:
Answer customer inquiries, provide product information, take and process orders, and handle complaints professionally
Prepare, issue, and deliver accurate invoices in a timely and efficient manner
Manage correspondence including emails, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents
Maintain proper filing systems and accurate records
Assist the sales team with quotations, order follow-ups, and customer support
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery
Handle showroom duties, including welcoming customers and assisting with product enquiries
Perform other administrative and sales-related duties as assigned
Higher School Certificate (HSC)
Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in general sales and administrative roles
Additional qualifications in Office Administration & Sales will be an advantage
Comfortable working with products in the construction sector
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong administrative and sales skills
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to handle showroom responsibilities professionally
