We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Administrative Officer to join our team. You will be the face of our office, managing reception duties, supporting administrative processes, and handling essential documentation, including shipping and import paperwork.

 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage reception duties, greet visitors, and handle incoming calls in a professional manner
  • Perform various admin tasks such as calling clients, tracking and following up on invoices, and maintaining multiple internal trackers
  • Organize and manage shipping and import documents (e.g., packing lists, bills of lading, customs paperwork)
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations
  • Maintain an organized digital and physical filing system
  • Provide general support to senior staff and contribute to overall administrative efficiency
We will provide training for all the above tasks as they are not very technical and can be picked up fairly easily. 
Must-haves - 
  1. Computer literacy including proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  2. Good verbal and written communication skills.
  3. Professional and courteous demeanor at the front desk.
  4. Certificate of character.
  5. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  6. HSC Certificate
Nice-to-haves - 
  1. Prior experience in a similar role (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
  2. Fluency in English and French. 
  3. Diploma / Bachelors Degree
