Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the CEO and the department
- Briefing and everyday planning of outdoor Technicians based on servicing and complaints
- Posting all events/returns of coffee machines on Pastel software
- Follow up of installation/replacement of coffee machines and Thirsty Fox Coolers
- Follow up of repairs of wine cellars/cooler’s and of any other equipments with workshop and issuing claims if any for repair
- Preparing data sheets to send to clients
- Scheduling delivery of new wine cellars purchased by individuals
- Processing purchase orders for spare parts of coffee machines
- Follow up of SIP Track movement of coffee machines
- Preparing sales report
- Preparing invoices for the Contractor,
- Assisting in Health & Safety Meeting for SIP & Oxenham Ltd and preparing minutes of meeting for Health & Safety as required
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 3 year's experience in a similar post
- At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent, Diploma in Accounting will be an advantage
- Outgoing and good communication skills
- Good analytical and excel skills
- Holder of a clean certificate of character
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 7hr to 17hr
