Administrative Clerk on a Temporary basis of 5 months:

 

Main responsibilities: 

  • Gathering and preparing of payment certificates and Tax Attestations for each employee and uploading of those documents on our system
  • Ad hoc administrative work assigned by HR Colleagues such as making photocopies, scanning, filing electronically and manually of documents. 

Profile:

  • Diploma / Degree Holder in Management / Administration with proven work experience - at least one year experience 
  • PC literacy and experience with MS Office applications
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Teamwork skills
  • Proactive with attention to detail
