As our administrative assistant, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to our team, ensuring the smooth running of our day-to-day operations.

 

 

Your tasks will include:

  • Managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings
  • Handling incoming calls and emails, and redirecting them appropriately
  • Drafting and proofreading documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintaining accurate records and files
  • Providing general administrative support to our team

What We're Looking For:

We are seeking a proactive and reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role (1-2 years preferred)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • A positive attitude and the ability to work well within a team
