Are you organised, proactive, and customer-oriented? We are looking for a dynamic Administrative Assistant to ensure the smooth daily operation of our office. You will play a key role in supporting management, employees, and clients by handling vital administrative and clerical tasks.
Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Maintain and organise digital and physical records
Schedule meetings, travel, and appointments
Draft letters, reports, and presentations
Assist with invoicing and basic finance tasks
Support the Quality Management System (QMS) recordkeeping
Monitor office supplies and ensure equipment is operational
Ensure adherence to company procedures and confidentiality policies
Provide support to visitors, staff, and clients
Contribute to various internal projects and additional duties as assigned
HSC or higher
Minimum 1 year of experience in administrative support
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Excellent written and spoken communication in English and French
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Discreet, professional, and ethical in handling sensitive information
Friendly, helpful, and service-oriented
Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
