Panagora Marketing Co. Ltd is looking for an Administrative Assistant to join the Warehouse team.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Facilitate crew communication.
• Record meeting minutes and communicate to relevant parties.
• Manage time and attendance records within required timelines.
• Assist with the different processes in the workflow system.
• Support and assist the Sales, Planning, and Delivery teams.
• Maintain document filing system.
• Support the distribution of PPEs, uniforms, payslips, and other operational documents.
• Handle stationery orders and departmental equipment such as padlocks and trolleys
Profile
• Higher School Certificate or equivalent
• 2 years’ experience in an Administrative or Logistics support role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Administrative software (e.g., attendance and workflow systems).
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and team support.
