Oxenham Ltd is recruiting an Admin Clerk.
Duties:
- Working on daily discounts as from 07:00 a.m onwards
- Verifying and follow up of invoices and returns from invoicing department on a daily basis and sending returns by post as applicable.
- Keeping a copy of invoices for MCB Factors and ensuring regular filing and scanning of invoices.
- Receipt transfers for shop (PO & GRV invoice for SIP products)
- Processing Purchase Orders for orders from shop
- Follow up of all credit notes/MCBF/ Non-MCBF missing invoices
- Inputting invoice details on Sage Pastel system each end of month
- Regular filing of high volume of invoices
- Assist the day-to-day activities of the department
Qualifications & Experience:
- At least 2 year's experience in a similar post
- At least Higher School Certificate or equivalent, Diploma in Accounting will be an advantage
- Outgoing and good communication skills
- Good analytical and excel skills
- Holder of a clean certificate of character
- Available to work Monday to Friday from 7hr to 16hr
