Responsibilities and Duties
- Manage and coordinate the distribution of bikes and personal protective equipment (PPE) to team members as required.
- Monitor and manage all inventory levels, ensuring accurate records are maintained and communicated to the Administration team for follow-up and control.
- Identify and communicate any requirements for the purchase of PPEs or any equipment to Admin department.
- Assist in procurement process by liaising with specific suppliers to fulfil additional operational needs.
- Liaise with Customer Service Team and keep record of any mobile phone swaps to ensure seamless communication.
- Monitor the WhatsApp group for queries and provide timely and appropriate instructions.
- Ensure bike maintenance by tracking breakdowns, servicing schedules, and minor repairs.
- Liaise with service providers to arrange bike repairs and routine maintenance as required.
- In the event of an incident, ensure all formalities are completed and escalated to the appropriate department.
- Monitor fuel card usage daily and compile fuel reports accordingly.
- Ensure all Team Leaders complete and submit their mileage and fuel reports in advance for the following day.
- Handle NLTA-related procedures for company vehicles and bikes, such as insurance and road tax renewal.
- Assist HR in the completion of onboarding and offboarding of employees as and when needed.
- Be available to provide support and assistance at the operational level as required.
- Ensure that all operational activities and the office are properly closed at the end of each day.
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum HSC Level
- 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role.
- Conversant with Ms Office Suite.
