Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily and month-end accounting operations
- Reconcile accounts to verify billings
- Follow up with debtors.
- Validate invoices and payments.
- Analyze transactions and determine appropriate accounting treatments.
- Prepare VAT, TDS, APS, and other ad hoc tax returns.
- Review staff work and provide accounting support.
- Support with ad hoc accounting tasks or projects as required.
- Prepare cash flow positions, forecasts, and budgets.
- Assist MRA queries.
- Prepare monthly management accounts, reporting packs, and annual financial statements.
- To train and supervise the works of Accountant.
Qualifications, Skills and Experiences
- ACCA/ACA partly qualified (level 2) and/or having first degree in accounting field or qualified by virtue of relevant Accounting experience in Real Estate industry.
- Minimum of 4- 6 years’ experience of preparing management accounts
- Knowledge of IFRS
- Well versed in Excel, Word Outlook and CBRIS
- Strong expertise in accounting.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and colleagues at all levels.
- Able to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing tasks independently and prioritizing effectively.
- Methodical and precise in work.
- A collaborative team player.
