A reputable company in the Insurance sector looking for a person to fill in the position of accountant.
Preference will be given to one who has knowledge of and/or experience in Pastel.
Insurance background will be an added advantage.

A brief outline of the job description is as follows:
- Export invoices raised by brokers on in-house software to Pastel
- Issuing receipts for payments received
- Handle chart of accounts with respect to each company and client
- Bank reconciliation
- Prepare payment Bordereaux for premiums, commission and fees every month.
- Handle bank transfers
- Prepare TB, GL, Customer Ledger, Supplier Ledger, Customer Age Analysis every month end.
- Prepare monthly management accounts
- Handle all expenses and reimbursements
- Payroll management
- Tax returns and TDS payments
- Any other accounting related task as assigned by General Manager
Due to the nature of requirement, experience is a must so as to be considered for this position.
