AI Software Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience building machine learning models, integrating AI services, and deploying scalable AI-driven applications. You will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to design and implement AI solutions that solve real-world problems.

 

Key Responsibilities:

AI Model Development

- Design, train, and evaluate machine learning and deep learning models for various business applications.
- Work with structured and unstructured data including text, images, and audio.
- Collaborate with data scientists to implement models in production environments.

AI Integration and Deployment

- Build APIs and services that expose AI models to end-user applications.
- Deploy models to cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP) using containers or serverless functions.
- Optimize models for performance, scalability, and low-latency inference.

Collaboration and Development

- Work with cross-functional teams including software developers, QA, and DevOps.
- Participate in agile development cycles, including sprint planning and code reviews.
- Maintain clear documentation and version control for all AI components.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
- 2+ years experience in AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of APIs, RESTful services, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or time-series forecasting.
- Familiarity with MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, DVC, Kubeflow).
- Knowledge of data engineering tools such as Spark, Airflow, or Kafka.
- Prior experience deploying AI models in enterprise or production settings.

- Excellent communication and team collaboration.
- Self-driven with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
