This role is mainly about maintaining windows server environment. Main requirement is MCSA or MCSE

The System Administrator Associate is responsible for

•             installing, configuring, and maintaining server operating systems and hardware in support of business processing requirements.

•             Supporting server platforms including VMWare vSphere and Microsoft Windows

•                   Escalating issues to second level as required

•                   Monitoring of the Server Infrastructure environment

REQUIREMENTS

•             Functional knowledge of Windows System Administration, 1 year of System Administration experience preferred

•             Understanding of TCP/IP and networking concepts

•             Proficiency with common Windows System administration tools

•             Experience working with Storage Area Networking, Active Directory, Microsoft LDAP a plus

•             Solid understanding of server hardware and server virtualization

•             Basic knowledge of common applications and technologies in Internet computing (web servers, proxies, load balancers, databases, appliances, client/server, etc.)

•             Good troubleshooting skills

•             Flexible, adaptable, and able to work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

•             Understanding of basic scripting a plus (PowerShell, batch)

•             Experience with monitoring software a plus

•             Collaborative team-player with a positive, can-do attitude
