We are looking for Application Specialist to join our customer support Team. You will need to have a good understanding of SQL and XML. Good communication skills and customer service skills would be a definite advantage. Experience in BI and reporting would be a plus.
Reporting to the Development Manager, the QA Analyst Sr is primarily responsible for validating and verifying the quality of deliverables throughout the development lifecycle through manual testing. This role requires someone with good understanding of SQL and testing concepts.
The Proposal Associate works with product consultants, senior proposal writers, team lead, department manager, sales people, and subject matter experts across North America to support Ceridian’s responses to requests for proposals (RFPs) for the Dayforce Product.
Provide consistent quality of customer service and support on Ceridian HCM's products and services. Primarily focuses on issues that have an immediate resolution and directing those issues that do not, to the appropriate area of responsibility.
