- Design, Configure, and maintain network and IP Telephony equipment - Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems - Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure - Daily maintenance and problem resolution, monitoring of uptime and proactive resolution

Outline of Job Role and Purpose

- Design, Configure, and maintain network and IP Telephony equipment	
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve network problems 
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented solutions
- Provide post-sales technical support 
- Maintain and support company’s LAN/WAN infrastructure
- Daily maintenance and problem resolution, monitoring of uptime and proactive resolution
- Participate in 24x7 on-call rotation 	
- Obtain and maintain required certifications for partnership with key vendors

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science/ Electrical & Electronic Engineering or any relevant degree
• CCNA Voice or CCVP will be a plus but not mandatory
• Familiarity with Cisco IOS Command Line is a mandatory requirement
• Familiarity with network devices including Cisco routers and Switches is also mandatory
• Familiarity and hands-on experience with the following technology will be a plus:-      Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Cisco Unity Connection                      Firewalls, Wireless Access points, and WLAN Controller                                    Knowledge of other networking brands
