RESPONSIBILITIES
Leveraging strong analytical and problem solving skills to efficiently resolve incidents.
ï‚· Providing clients with regular and timely incident updates.
ï‚· Maintaining the highest level of client satisfaction.
ï‚· Reproducing and meticulously documenting software defects.
ï‚· Monitoring, deploying and maintaining client production environments.
ï‚· Contributing to the support knowledge base.
ï‚· Assisting with a wide variety of operational projects including:
- Technical programming and scripting tasks. - Helping client transition to support and implement best practices
EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant software/computer related fields
ï‚· Proficiency with SQL and an understanding of relational database systems
ï‚· Superior communication, organizational, and problem solving skills
ï‚· Good exposure to object oriented programming
ï‚· Familiarity with Microsoft Server Technology (e.g.; Windows / SQL Server)
ï‚· Ability to work flexible hours and a willingness to carry a pager if required.
SKILLS REQUIREMENTS
Excellent English Communication skills
Good client Handling skills
Excellent T-SQL skills
Ability to work on Mid shift (11:30 a.m to 8:30 pm) Transport Provided
