The job incumbent will have to assist the Human Resources Department in all HR, Payroll and administrative matters.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, perform background checks, assist in shortlisting, carry out interviews, issue employment contracts
- Maintain a complete record of interviews and new hires
- Provide guidance and assistance in IR matters
- Participate in the payroll process (creation of new recruits, overtime calculations,...)
- Process all attendance as assigned
- Provide HR policy guidance
- Organise and implement staff happiness activities
- Keep all employee records/ employee files updated
- Update HRIS systems on a daily basis
- Any duties related to this position
Profile
- Degree in Human Resources Management
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a related post
- Possess strong interpersonal skills
- Proactive, honest and trustworthy
- Fully conversant with MS office applications
