Spa Therapists

The Spa Therapist provides professional massage and body treatments while delivering excellent guest care. The role includes educating guests on wellness needs, promoting spa services and retail, managing products carefully, and supporting efficient spa operations.

 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be on time on your shift, prompt with each appointment and perform services within the appropriate time allotted for the service.
• Provide consistent professional massage and body treatments in accordance with spa protocols
• Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns.
• Be flexible with your schedule, supporting the needs of the spa.
• Properly care for equipment and use proper amounts of product to assist with cost controls.
• Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products offered.
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services and retail, as well as programs

 Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2 years in a similar position
• Certification from an accredited institution of Massage
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Highly responsible & reliable
• Must have a thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities, possess a general understanding of body treatments
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
• Aesthetics services such as facials and nails will be an advantage
