Food preparation in dormitories for the guest workers

 

  • Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for guest workers
  • Ensure meals are served on time 
  • Follow strict hygiene protocols in food handling, preparation, and storage.
  • Assist the Hostel Manager to develop weekly menus
  • To assist the Hostel Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the food safety plan
  • Ensure that cleaning and sanitation protocols are adhered to in kitchen and storage areas
  • Inventory Management. Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and minimize food wastage.
