Food preparation in dormitories for the guest workers
- Plan, prepare, and cook daily meals for guest workers
- Ensure meals are served on time
- Follow strict hygiene protocols in food handling, preparation, and storage.
- Assist the Hostel Manager to develop weekly menus
- To assist the Hostel Manager in the implementation and monitoring of the food safety plan
- Ensure that cleaning and sanitation protocols are adhered to in kitchen and storage areas
- Inventory Management. Monitor stock levels, request supplies, and minimize food wastage.
