Prepares and Cooks food according to instructions and provides efficient and prompt service to guests in all F&B outlets, as well as in outside catering functions according to Hotel standards

QUALIFICATIONS AND PROFILE

• School Certificate or equivalent.
• Possessing professional qualifications – NC3 or equivalent would be an advantage.
• Fluency in both English / French
• Develop and maintain positive working relationship with other department.
• Pleasant and outgoing personality.
• Readiness to work at odd hours
• A minimum of at least 3 years’ experience in Hotel industry
