Software Developer

The role focuses on developing, maintaining, and supporting web and mobile applications, while ensuring they meet business needs and run efficiently.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Participate in analysis, design, development, and testing of applications
• Maintain and fix issues in existing systems
• Follow coding standards and manage code using version control (e.g., Git)
• Create and maintain technical documentation
• Provide technical support for web, mobile, and fintech applications
• Handle level one troubleshooting for fintech/payment systems (e.g., Blink)
• Resolve issues quickly to reduce downtime
• Address customer issues and feedback
• Ensure solutions align with business goals
• Contribute to improving services and introducing new features
• Work closely with cross-functional teams
• Follow development processes (design, testing, documentation)
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and issues

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, or related field
• Minimum one-year experience in a similar position
• Experience in web and mobile development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React Native/Flutter)
• Knowledge of backend technologies (Node.js, PHP, Python)
• Familiarity with Git/version control
• Fintech operations experience will be an advantage (or willingness to learn)
