Africaplus Direct International Ltd is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in East Africa. This role requires a proactive individual capable of building relationships, driving sales, and contributing to the growth of our business across the region.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT solutions and demonstrable experience working with local and regional business partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
- Promote and sell a portfolio of IT enterprise solutions (servers, storage, virtualization, etc.)
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Generate and manage a pipeline of opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Provide regular reporting on sales activities and performance
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the IT sector
- Strong understanding of IT enterprise solutions
- Proven ability to build and maintain business relationships with local and regional partners
- Proactive, dynamic, and self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and reporting skills in both English and French
- Ability to clearly articulate value propositions to clients
- Goal-oriented, focused, and able to perform effectively under pressure
- Experience in pre-sales is an advantage
