Role Description
A B2B/Contracts Manager is responsible for overseeing all contractual agreements with business clients, ensuring compliance, profitability, and smooth coordination between sales, projects, procurement, and delivery.
Key Responsibilites
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize contracts with B2B clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for contractual matters with B2B clients.
- Support sales teams in structuring deals that balance profitability and client satisfaction.
- Resolve disputes or contractual issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the team to align deliverables with contractual obligations.
- Monitor project execution to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Manage risks related to scope changes, delays, or penalties.
- Oversee procurement contracts to secure favorable terms.
- Track debtors and ensure timely payments in line with contract terms.
- Work with finance teams to forecast revenue and manage profitability.
- Lead a Projects/Installation team, providing guidance and training.
- Develop policies and procedures for contract management.
Skills & Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, project management, and procurement.
- Knowledge of ERP systems (ELASTIK)
- Analytical mindset with risk management expertise.
- Leadership ability to manage cross-functional teams.
