IT Technician

Rogers Capital Technology Services Ltd is looking an IT Technician for its Enterprise Infrastructure Services department.

He/she will be responsible to provide support and install PCs, Notebooks and Peripherals.

Duties:

• Carry out preventive maintenance as scheduled.
• Carry out indoor and outdoor intervention on installed equipment.
• Attend to all Service Orders assigned for and update CRM in order to enable invoicing and preparation of quote.
• Hand in completed Service Order or Preventive Maintenance sheet to Customer Care.
• Successfully complete all technical training enrolled and get certified where applicable.
• Any other cognate duties in line with your capabilities.

Skill(s) required:

• Certificate or Diploma in IT related field.
• Professional Certification such as CompTIA (A+ or N+)
• 1 Year experience in installation and support of computers and peripherals.
