Our client is recruiting a Product Manager who will be responsible for the overall management of the line of products assigned - Hard Flooring. He/she is also responsible for the promotion, development, marketing, sales, and follow-up of the Company products to optimize profit, and meet sales and marketing objectives approved by the Managing Director. He/she is responsible for training, guiding, motivating, and monitoring the Sales Team regarding product knowledge, sales techniques, and market opportunities related to the Hard Flooring range.
- Dynamic and results-oriented professional able to develop a product line and drive sales performance.
- Strategic thinker able to identify market opportunities and position products competitively.
- Capable of training, guiding, and motivating the sales team to achieve targets.
- Comfortable interacting with clients, architects, contractors, and suppliers.
- Able to manage product range, stock planning, and sales activities efficiently.
- Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with architects, designers, contractors, and key customers.
- Able to take initiative and implement solutions to improve product performance.
- Ability to analyze sales performance, market trends, and pricing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in sales or product management, preferably in flooring, construction materials, interior finishing, or related industry.
- Experience in developing and managing product ranges and supplier relationships.
- Experience leading or supporting a sales team.
