Night Audit Associate full time 11:00pm-7:30am is responsible for providing our guests with excellent service at the front desk from making the reservation to departure. To respond to guests needs, requests and complaints.
Balance all department accounts and posts any remaining charges. Reconciles room and tax audit and post room and tax to all occupied rooms. Balance PMS systems and close the day. Completes reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Balance all department accounts.
- Reconcile front desk postings and investigate discrepancies.
- Balance Food and Beverage cashiers' paperwork to Micros report.
- Balance all credit cards to both Micros and Opera systems.
- Audit room rates and market codes.
- Posts room and tax to all occupied rooms.
- Run "End of Day" reports for PMS systems. Closes the day.
- Review Front Desk log when coming on shift and record pertinent information as needed throughout shift.
- Post charges to individual room or master account.

Must be able to communicate effectively with others, analyze and resolve problems, maintain effective working relationships, and interact successfully with internal and external customers.

Qualifications
- Previous guest relations training.
- Good Accounting & Mathematic background preferred.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other Team Members.
