Sales Executive

Beau Vallon Property, part of Groupe Beau Vallon, develops and markets a portfolio of property projects in the south-east region, shaped by long-term vision of location quality, environmental integration, and investment value.
As commercial activity continues to grow, we are strengthening our sales team and seeking a Sales Executive with strong commercial drive, confidence in client engagement, and a genuine interest in premium real estate and high-value property products.
With a special focus on Pointe d’Esny Le Village, which is a singular destination designed around a lifestyle concept that blends residential living, convenience, and a strong connection to its natural surroundings.
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Marketing, the successful candidate will contribute directly to revenue generation and client relationships across both Mauritian and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Generate new leads and convert prospects into clients
- Negotiate deals and guide clients through property purchasing decisions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, agents, and developers
- Represent the company at roadshows, exhibitions, and sales events
- Identify market trends, new opportunities, and competitor activity
- Work closely with marketing to maximise lead generation and conversion
- Ensure regular follow-up with clients and partners to close deals
- Monitor sales performance and update sales dashboards
- Maintain accurate client records and CRM data
- Prepare regular sales reports
Profile & Skills
- Experience in real estate or high-value sales preferred
- Proven ability to close deals
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Well organised and able to work independently
- Strong relationship-building skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Valid driving licence
- Willing to travel internationally when required
- Fluent in English and French (additional languages are a plus)
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, sales and marketing or related fields
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Sales Executive or similar role
- Experience in real estate
