Pearl Representation is expanding its marketing division and is seeking a motivated and creative Marketing & Content Coordinator to support brand growth, visibility, and commercial performance across digital platforms.
This role is ideal for someone at the early stages of their career who has a genuine passion for marketing, branding, and creative content—particularly video and social media. Candidates must demonstrate enthusiasm, discipline, and a willingness to learn and uphold professional standards.
You will be working within an international destination management and luxury travel environment, contributing to high-quality brand-led content used across multiple platforms.
Reporting to the Brand & Growth Partner and Marketing Manager
Location : Quatre Bornes
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and produce engaging video content for social media and digital marketing campaigns
- Create on-brand visual assets including social media graphics, short-form videos, thumbnails, and promotional materials
- Support content planning and execution to drive reach, engagement, and brand recognition
- Maintain consistent brand identity across all digital platforms
- Work closely with marketing and business teams to support wider commercial objectives
- Assist with social media content scheduling and basic performance review
- Contribute creative ideas grounded in sound marketing and branding principles
- Other cognate duties assigned by higher management.
Minimum Qualifications & Skills
- A degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Creative Media, Digital Media, or a related field
- Minimum of 1 year working experience required.
- Any relevant experience and a portfolio of design, video, or social media projects will be a competitive advantage
- Familiarity with creative tools such as CapCut and Canva
- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite or innovative creative tools that improve efficiency, consistency, and quality is highly desirable
- Any video editing, photography, or basic filming skills are an advantage
