The HR Trainee – Learning & Development (L&D) will support the planning, coordination, and execution of learning and development initiatives across the organisation.
Assist in organising internal and external training programmes, workshops, and learning events
Coordinate training logistics (venues, materials, attendance lists, invitations, calendars)
Support onboarding and induction programmes for new employees
Maintain and update training records, learning databases, and reports
Support e-learning platform administration and content uploads
Collect and consolidate training feedback and evaluation forms
Assist in learning needs analysis activities and surveys
Provide administrative support to the HR and L&D team
Assist with HR documentation, filing, and record-keeping
Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communications
Participate in HR projects and transformation initiatives
Support talent development and succession planning activities
Organisational learning strategy
Training needs analysis
Learning design and delivery

Change management and organisational development
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:
Human Resource Management
Psychology
Business Administration
Education
Organisational Development
Or related field
Strong organisational and coordination skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Proactive and willing to learn
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Interest in people development and learning
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly
