The purpose of this role is to oversee all Human Resources operations as well as a number of HR functions while ensuring they fit the company’s business strategy.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee life cycle, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training coordination, and HR administration.
- Support workforce and talent initiatives while promoting strong workplace relationships and a positive culture aligned with Group values.
- Prepare annual HR budget for the company and monitor monthly HR costs for the company.
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Analyse trends and HR Metrics to help develop HR programs and policies.
- Monitor internal HR systems and databases.
- Work closely with business' leaders to provide HR advice where necessary.
- Oversee expatriate management processes, from arrival formalities and compliance requirements to ongoing support and contract follow-up.
Qualifications and Experience:
- BSc in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years solid experience in HR practices and people management.
- Exposure to expatriate management and international HR practices would be an advantage.
Knowledge and Technical Competencies:
- Thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
- Full understand of HR functions and best practices.
- Demonstrate experience with HR metrics.
Behavioural Competencies:
- Analytical and goal oriented.
- Ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
