Maintenance Officer
Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, machinery, and equipment
Conduct routine inspections to identify faults and maintenance requirements
Perform basic electrical, mechanical, and general repair works
Respond promptly to maintenance requests and breakdowns
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety and company procedures
Coordinate with external contractors when required
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities
The job holder should ideally possess:
- A minimum of School Certificate
- A National Diploma in electrical / plumbing / mechanical from a recognised institution
- Computer Literate
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar position
- A minimum of 3 months on the job training - A strong understanding of health and safety requirements and environmental risk associated
- Ability to use hand and power tools and measuring instruments
- Good manual skills
- Sound Communication and interpersonal skills
