Assistant Bartender

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking Assistant Bartender to join our vibrant team. As an Assistant Bartender, you’ll support the bar team in preparing drinks, keeping the bar area clean and organised, and ensuring our guests receive outstanding service every time.

What you’ll do:

• Assist bartenders in preparing and serving beverages
• Restock the bar with glassware, garnishes, and ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area throughout service
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing regulations
• Learn the menu and assist with basic drink preparation
• Deliver friendly and efficient service to all guests

What We’re Looking For:

• HSC or NTC 3
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting
• A team player who can work under pressure
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
• Passion for customer service and hospitality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
