Within Global Support Performance France, the Client Financial Relations Department is responsible for:
- Debt collection and litigation management
- Financial analysis in the enterprise mobile domain
- Handling client invoicing and payments for Enterprise Customers
The Case Manager will be responsible for managing and monitoring corporate insolvency cases, primarily judicial recovery and liquidation proceedings. They will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory deadlines, prepare the necessary documents, and maintain communication with all stakeholders.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough analysis and management of case files
- File and follow up on claims with court-appointed administrators within the required deadlines
- Manage and track cases using dedicated tools
- Liaise with clients, internal stakeholders (DGP/DEF), and external parties (judicial administrators)
- Handle complex or sensitive cases
- Provide personalized follow-up for ongoing business cases
Candidate Profile
- Agile and versatile, able to work across multiple markets or business domains (Retail, Enterprise) with various stakeholders
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Excellent ability to identify and interpret key elements of a case
- Autonomous and adaptable to change
- Comfortable with communication tools and remote working
- Quick to learn and master new information systems
Skills & Competencies
- Good knowledge of client workflows and IT systems (Hermione, Frégate, Sacre, Intrafact, etc.)
- Understanding of French corporate insolvency law
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French
- Proficiency with key office and digital tools
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and rigor
- Knowledge of Orange products and services
