Birmingham Glass Solutions seeks a motivated Sales Executive to develop opportunities, handle client enquiries, prepare accurate quotations, and follow up to convert prospects into projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales prospects
• Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, WhatsApp messages, emails, and online enquiries
• Understand client needs and propose appropriate products and solutions
• Prepare and issue quotations based on client requirements and measurements
• Follow up on quotations, leads, and client enquiries in a timely manner
• Maintain and update records of client requests, quotations, and follow-ups
• Coordinate with technical, survey, and installation teams when required
• Assist in achieving individual and company sales targets
• Provide after-sales support and maintain strong client relationships
• Represent Birmingham Glass Solutions in a professional manner at all times
Requirements
• Proven experience in sales (experience in glass, aluminium, construction, or related fields will be an advantage)
• Strong mathematical skills are essential (accurate calculations for measurements, quantities, and pricing)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to understand technical specifications and client requirements
• Well-organised, proactive, and results-driven
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Computer skills are essential, as all sales processes, quotations, and follow-ups are computer-based
• Residing in the northern region will be an advantage
