RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee all Front Office operations (Reception, Guest Relations).
Ensure smooth daily operations in a fast-paced, high-occupancy resort.
Deliver outstanding guest service and proactively manage guest feedback and complaints.
Lead, train, coach, and motivate the Front Office team to achieve service excellence.
Manage room allocations, arrivals/departures, VIP guests, and special requests.
Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Reservations, Revenue, and other departments.
Monitor KPIs, guest satisfaction scores, upselling performance, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, brand standards, and safety procedures.
Prepare schedules, manage staffing levels, and control payroll costs.
Profile & Requirements
Proven experience as a Front Office Manager or Assistant Front Office Manager in a busy resort or large hotel.
Strong leadership and people-management skills.
Excellent communication skills and guest-centric mindset.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
High level of organisation and attention to detail.
Proficiency in HMS or similar systems preferred
Fluency in English/French; additional languages are a strong advantage.
QUALIFICATION
HSC+ Diploma in Hotel Management+ 2 yrs experience at management level
