Mechanic / Turning & Milling

Operate turning and milling machines to produce and assemble precision parts according to drawings, while respecting quality and safety standards.

Main Responsibilities

1. Turning & Milling

•             Operate manual turning and milling machines.

•             Read and understand technical drawings.

•             Select the right cutting tools and machine settings.

•             Produce precise parts according to tolerance requirements.

2. Fitting & Assembly

•             Fit and assemble precision mechanical parts.

•             Use measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, comparators).

•             Adjust and finish parts for correct assembly and function.

3. Quality & Safety

•             Follow all safety and cleanliness rules in the workshop.

•             Maintain high precision and quality standards.

•             Support continuous improvement

Skills & Requirements

•             Knowledge of turning, milling and fitting

•             Able to read mechanical drawings.

•             Careful, precise, and reliable.

•             Good teamwork and problem-solving attitude.

•             Knowledge of metals (steel, brass, stainless steel, etc.).

Profile

•             Education: NC3, NC4 or BTS in Mechanic

•             Experience: 1 – 3 years in a similar position.
