Spa Manager

* Set the annual operating budget and ensure that it is strictly adhered to and managed on a monthly basis * Prepare all reports (commissions, inventories, sales summary) and ensure that those reports are sent on due dates

* Prepare and ensure that roster for the department is done such that there is complete coverage at all times 

* Audit Control (maintenance, hygiene & cleanliness, Treatments, Spa Public areas)

* Prepare and communicate the Spa Operations plan and monitor its implementation 

* Comply with all the sustainability commitments and practices implemented within business units
