To support the Executive Housekeeper in managing the daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily housekeeping operations
Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness standards are met
Supervise, train, and motivate housekeeping staff
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations
Monitor and control housekeeping supplies, linens, and equipment
Assist in maintaining par levels and placing orders as required
Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs, brand standards, and health regulations
Support quality audits and inspections
Prepare reports such as room status, staff attendance, and productivity
Coordinate with Front Office, Engineering, and Laundry departments
