CEAL Ltd is looking for experienced Bulldozer and Tractor Operators to join its amazing team. The successful candidates should be disciplined persons who are passionate about agricultural works, mechanical harvesting and loading of sugarcane.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Living in the South or Central region of the island is a definite advantage.
• Proven experience in similar position is a definite advantage.
• Must be holder of a valid driving licence (motorcycle or private car and/or bulldozer/tractor)
• Predisposed to work on different sites all around the island
• Able to work odd hours
• Possesses a clean character certificate
• Be a team player

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The duties and responsibilities of the Bulldozer / Tractor Operator are described below:

• Operating the machine allocated to you proficiently and under strict supervision.
• Assembling and/ or disassembling attachments on/from the machine. 
• Keeping the machine under good running conditions and clean.
• Effecting minor repairs and maintenance to the machine.
• Helping the mechanics when the machine is under repairs.

• Ensure your work space is kept clean and tidy and respect Health & Safety regulations.
• Safeguard yourself and others working with you against any hazards.
• Any incident or accident should be reported immediately to the Management.
