Quote Flow Strategist (2604-QFS)

Our client is seeking to recruit a Quote Flow Strategist who will be the strategic owner of the entire quote lifecycle from intake to delivery. Acting as the "air traffic controller" of the quoting process, this role ensures every quote moves smoothly and swiftly through the company ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all active quotes in real-time using internal tools and trackers.
• Identify internal or external blockers and either resolve or escalate as appropriate.
• Liaise closely with Journey Guides and Journey Designers to minimise lag during handovers.
• Ensure urgent or high-tier guest quotes are prioritised appropriately.
• Maintain daily visibility on quotes nearing the 48-hour threshold.
• Act as the go-to contact for quote status and flow queries.
• Drive accountability across teams by surfacing delays and proposing solutions.
• Contribute insights to the company leadership on quote performance trends.

Profile:

• 3+ years experience in a similar position.
• Exposure to international environment.
• Strong interpersonal communication; assertive yet collaborative.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve process bottlenecks.
• Calm under pressure, especially during high-quote-volume periods.
• Proactive and solutions-oriented.
