Job requirements:

• Be precise and detail-oriented and be capable of creative thinking and problem-solving. He or she need to have several skills to perform their daily responsibilities, namely:
• Software proficiency - perform many tasks on the computer using specialized design software (CAD technology would be preferred)
• Communication skills - because this is a collaborative position, it's necessary for candidate to clearly communicate with the rest of the team and to actively listen to problems expressed by others. Be able to write reports (technical documentation)
• Attention to detail – Analysing problems or deficiencies and developing solutions to resolve them
• Highly analytical mind, with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Patience - isolating problems can be a lengthy and frustrating process, so remaining patient and calm is essential
• Creativity – he or she must design and develop methodologies and tools, which requires creativity and the ability to visualize new projects
• Inspections – be able to understand Mechanical engineers design, and evaluate mechanical devices, such as industrial machinery, heating, and cooling systems, transportation systems, robotics, and tools.

Qualification, skills and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering mechanical/ Mechatronics
• Be fluent in English and French
• Computer Literate
• Be organized, dynamic, self-motivated and good team player
• Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices
• Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
