Ensure assigned tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Team Coordination
Work closely with team members to understand workflow and performance standards.
Assist in supervising staff when delegated by the Manager.
Promote teamwork and effective communication within the department.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries as assigned.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Report progress, challenges, and observations to the reporting manager.
Policy & Compliance
Comply with company rules, code of conduct, and health & safety regulations.
Ensure confidentiality of company and employee information.
Follow instructions and guidelines provided by management.
Customer & Stakeholder Support
Assist in handling customer or client inquiries and issues professionally.
